Check out this website. It tells the disciplinary action taken against Lay Midwives. Please notice that the state Board of Midwifery, will take away your license to practice if you do not file a Birth Certificate on time but they will allow a midwife who is negligent and almost kills a birthing mom and infant six months of probation. No fines, fees or suspensions. Pathetic!

Given the enormity of the malpractice that Cathy (or Kathy) Rude continues to propagate along with the negligence perpetrated against my nephew and his family... I think the spelling of her first name is a moot point....You obviously do not which is a pathetic demonstration of where your heart and priorities lie. Just to update, Cathy, two yrs later, bears no responsibility for what she did / did not do while my nephew can not even crawl. This was a healthy baby. He and his family suffer with the imposed limitations and life long disabilities due to Cathy and her "Mal or Bad" practice. The spelling of her name ie. K or C, is obviously not MY TOP priority.

ReplyDeleteI am sorry about your families experience with their midwife . Did the baby by any chance get vaccinated ? I know too many babies including my own who are vaccine injured and that affected everything -their motor skills , neurological , social , etc .
